The Hall and the Residency
A room of people doing the same job, the whole library on day one at $99, and five days in January where you build the thing with us sitting next to you.
From $19 a month. This is the door most people should take.
Some of it you’ll want to learn. Some of it you just want done. There is a week in every launch where the deposit is spent, the page still isn’t built, and the honest answer to “who’s doing this?” is nobody.
That’s what this is: retreat planning, retreat marketing, operations, the site, the emails, the video and the ads — the same work we teach, built by the Guild instead of by you. For retreat hosts, group-trip organisers and venue owners.
Nothing here replaces the Hall or the Residency. Most people should learn this work once and own it for the rest of their hosting life — it is cheaper, and it compounds.
But time is a real constraint, and so is a date that will not move. When what you’re short of is hands rather than knowledge, you can hand a piece of it to us.
A room of people doing the same job, the whole library on day one at $99, and five days in January where you build the thing with us sitting next to you.
From $19 a month. This is the door most people should take.
Pick the pieces you don’t want to carry. We scope it, quote it, build it, and one of the three of us signs off on everything before it reaches you.
Quoted per project or per month. No packages, because no two retreats are short of the same thing.
Take the whole run of it or a single piece. Most people start with one — usually the page or the emails — and add more the next time round.
The shape of the thing before anyone has paid for it: who it’s for, how many days, what the week actually does to a person, what it costs to run and therefore what a seat has to be worth. The budget and the arc, built together, because one decides the other.
If your idea isn’t a real one yet, this is where you find out — while it’s still cheap to find out.
Everything between a paid deposit and a person standing in the right room: the venue contract checked against what you actually need — dates, headcount, deposit and cancellation terms, what happens if they double-book you — rooming, dietary needs, arrivals and transfers, the run of the day, the vendor schedule, the plan for when the weather ruins the outdoor session.
The part guests never see and only notice when it’s missing. We are not lawyers and we do not give legal advice — when something needs one, we say so.
The retreat page that makes the case, the sign-up page for the people who aren’t ready yet, and the booking page where they actually pay. Designed to your brand and written in your voice — not a template with your logo dropped into it.
Built on your own domain, separately from whatever site you already have, so nothing you rely on gets touched.
Available per event, or monthly if you run more than one a year.
The whole email side: the announcement to the list you already have, the sequence that keeps warm the people who signed up and didn’t book, the reminders, the last call. Plus the ongoing newsletter, if the thing you actually need is to stop going quiet between retreats.
Your list stays yours, exportable, always.
A run of posts covering the whole campaign — the announcement, the build, the questions everyone asks, the final push before you close. Written in your voice so you’re never staring at an empty caption box deciding what today is about.
And prepared answers for the questions that arrive in your DMs, because that is where most retreats are actually sold.
The founder video first, because you talking to camera outsells everything else on the page. Script, shot direction, edit, and short cuts sized for the places you’ll actually post them.
Then the rest of it: recap films from the retreat itself, testimonial capture while people are still standing in the feeling, clips that make next year’s launch easier than this one.
Production for hosts who want a show and don’t want an editing habit. Format, recording setup, edit, show notes, artwork, and the feed submitted to the places people listen.
We run our own fortnightly show, so this is a thing we do rather than a thing we outsource.
Produced, tested and run on your own ad account, so the account and everything it learns stays yours. Plenty of retreats fill without ever running one; this is for when your own audience isn’t big enough on its own yet.
Ad spend is paid by you, directly to the platform. We never hold it.
The logistics layer: flights and ground, the group booking, the arrival window that stops you making eleven separate airport runs, and the traveller-facing detail that makes a group of strangers feel handled from the moment they land.
Three people cannot personally build every retreat that asks. So we built it the way a guild always worked: a bench of people we’ve vetted, and a master who signs the work before it leaves the shop.
Every project is assigned a lead who owns it end to end — one person to talk to, one person accountable. Who that is depends on what you’ve asked for and who is free when you ask.
It may be one of us. It may be someone from the bench. We’ll tell you which before you sign anything.
Nothing reaches you unreviewed. A principal reads the copy, checks the build, and signs off before it goes to your audience — on every project, whoever built it.
That is the actual promise here, and it’s the reason we’re comfortable being recommended by name.
We won’t hold your domain, your payment account, your ad account or your list. All four are set up in your name and stay yours if you never speak to us again. Nothing here is designed to make leaving difficult.
We don’t promise you a particular pair of hands. We do promise the work meets what these three would put their own name on — because one of them puts their name on it.
Everything the Guild sells teaches the same job. The only thing that changes is how much of it you carry yourself.
Half an hour, free, and nobody is going to sell you anything on it. Bring the date if you have one, the number of seats if you know it, and the part that’s currently keeping you up.
If the honest answer is “you should just join the Guild and do this yourself,” that’s what we’ll tell you.
Everything is quoted after that call. We don’t publish package prices, because the piece you actually need is never the same one twice.
