The Hosting Guild

The room you stay in.

A course teaches you once. This keeps going — other hosts who are mid-launch right now, office hours every week with Anna, Stacy or Robert, and a library that’s open the day you join.

A women’s reset in Costa Rica, a writing week in Michigan, twelve people going to the Indy 500 — underneath, it’s one job. Fixed seats, a fixed date, and a deadline that doesn’t move.

Two tiers. That’s the whole menu.

No enterprise tier, no mastermind upsell waiting behind these two.

or $190 a year — two months free

Founding member price — 50% off, locked forever — $9.50 a month, or $95 a year. Limited time offer. The rate never goes up once you have it — but it won’t be open to new members forever.

For when you’re circling the idea and want to be around people who’ve done it.

The founding member price — a limited time offer

Join now and you pay half price for as long as you stay a member. Not for a year. Not until we put prices up. For as long as you’re in.

The half stays; the door doesn’t. This is a limited time offer — when it closes, new members pay $19 and $99. Everyone who got in before then keeps paying half, indefinitely.

The Porch at $9.50 a month or $95 a year. The Practice at $49.50 a month, $139.50 a quarter, or $495 a year.

This isn’t a sale and we won’t call it one. A sale means the price comes back. Yours doesn’t — not next year, not when we put the price up, not ever, for as long as you stay.

It’s a founding rate. The only way to get it is to be early, and we’d rather say that plainly than put a countdown clock on it.

Everyone who comes to the Residency gets a year of The Practice included.

On day one

Nothing is drip-fed.

Most memberships release a module a week so you stay subscribed long enough to finish. We hand you the whole library the day you walk in. If you binge it in a fortnight and leave, that’s a fair trade — you got what you paid for.

What keeps people is not the locked content. It’s the Thursday you post a half-finished sales page at 11pm and three people who’ve sold the same thing tell you what’s wrong with it.

A course teaches you once. This keeps going.

Publish what you’re hosting. Pay us nothing for the booking.

Marketplaces charge you between ten and twenty-five percent of a booking you often sourced yourself. We charge you $99 a month whether you sell one seat or forty, because our business is teaching, not brokering.

Nobody graduates from a guild. You belong to one, and you get better inside it.

The Guild’s five days in person.

The Residency at Lakemore is the Guild’s once-a-year intensive — five days that do what the Guild does over a year, with cameras, a photographer, and all three of us in the room. Members get first access.

New

The Hosting Guild Podcast.

How the room gets filled.

Every other week, on YouTube, Spotify and Apple. We record the first episode on 17 August. It’s the same conversation the Guild has in private — what actually filled a room, what didn’t, and what it cost — held in public.

Members of The Practice are eligible to be considered as guests. We won’t pretend everyone gets on: there are twenty-six episodes a year. But the people we look to first are the ones doing the work where we can see it.
