The Residency at Lakemore is the Guild’s once-a-year intensive — five days that do what the Guild does over a year, with cameras, a photographer, and all three of us in the room. Members get first access.
How the room gets filled.
Every other week, on YouTube, Spotify and Apple. We record the first episode on 17 August. It’s the same conversation the Guild has in private — what actually filled a room, what didn’t, and what it cost — held in public.
Members of The Practice are eligible to be considered as guests. We won’t pretend everyone gets on: there are twenty-six episodes a year. But the people we look to first are the ones doing the work where we can see it.
